  Visiting the Ennis area in the last number of years I have had the opportunity to shop at P&M Golf Superstore in Ennis. I have made purchases each year and have always found the staff very pleasant and helpful with no hard sell. This year I bought a lovely product I was very happy with but unfortunately within two months it broke. I live over 200km from the store. I rang the store and was astonished to find such professionalism and efficiency. Padraig the contact at the store and Mizuno had the issue resolved within 5 days.
  I am aware that a faulty product deserves to be replaced but it was the incredible manner of the customer service that deserves a special mention. The courtesy honesty and etiquette that is pillar of Golf can also be found in this store. Credit to this store and its staff and brand supplier a big thumbs up for all you golfing consumers, give this store a call.
